By accessing or using the Together app (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

You may use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations;
• Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others;
• Use the App to transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any associated systems or networks; or

User Accounts

In order to access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE APP OR ITS CONTENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE APP.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms of Service, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms of Service on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
